Order received but not quite as expected? You can return your order within 30 days of receipt. Here's how the return process works:

• Print and fill out the return form. You can download it here (to save paper, we haven't included it with your order).

Send the return shipment to the following address:

• Ensure that you return the order undamaged, in its original packaging, and with attached labels.
• Drop off your return at a post office near you. Note: we do not reimburse return costs, so these shipping costs are your responsibility.
• Once we receive your return, the refund process will be initiated. The payment will be refunded via the payment method you chose within a few days.
• Please note: MAYAME is not responsible for lost, late, or damaged return shipments
