What can I do if my order has not yet been delivered?

We always do our best to deliver your order complete and on time. If something is missing or something else is wrong with your order, please contact us by email within 7 days of delivery. Send your email to info@mayaamsterdam.com.

What can I do if the product I want to buy is sold out?

When a product is sold out, you can use the 'Want-It' function. Enter your email address here and you will receive an email when the product is back in stock.

My discount code is not working, what to do?

Check carefully which items the discount applies to. In most cases this is not valid on Sale items. If your code does not work, please contact info@mayaamsterdam.com.

Are the bags produced in a sustainable way?

MĀYĀ is committed to producing in a sustainable way and creating long-lasting products. Our bags are handmade in Europe, made of super strong OEKO-TEX® certified fabrics, and 100% vegan. We send our bags in recycled cardboard boxes that fit right into your mailbox, limiting the use of materials and transport.

Are all your bags vegan?

Yes, all of our bags are made from 100% vegan materials.

Can I wash my bag?

We recommend handwash only.

Complaints & Warranty

Do I have a warranty?

We believe in our products and guarantee high quality. That is why we give a 6 month warranty on all our bags. The warranty starts on the day of purchase. Keep a (copy of) your receipt or order number as proof of warranty. Unfortunately, we cannot assist you further without proof of purchase.

I have a complaint, what now?

Sad to hear. This is of course not the intention, but we are happy to solve it together with you! We would therefore like to ask you to contact us via info@mayaamsterdam.com.
